The restaurant was stunning! The staff truly stood out; everyone was friendly and eager to engage in conversation, including the manager. They remembered each of us personally, and nothing was too much trouble. We felt like royalty! Thank you!

One of the most beautiful experiences for an afternoon tea, stunning gardens and a fabulous spa and hotel. The staff were very friendly and everything was perfect to celebrate my in-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary. Probably one of the best afternoon tea experiences in Britain. Quality and service excellent and the ambience of the place is fabulous- a lovely afternoon tea and we felt as though we had been really well looked after. Staff were wonderful and the building, decoration and furnishings all add to the occasion.

Amazing afternoon tea for my mums 50th. Staff were very attentive and even accommodated for a dairy allergy including clotted cream and scones... Truly fabulous and will certainly be back!
