Herberts Cafe - Bath

I am not one for negative assessments, but please take this as constructiv. the people behind the theke are all young and need guidance from a mature person. waited in a waiting queue for 15 minutes to be served with a tea hot chocolate. nothing special. then another 15 minutes for the drinks to wait the time the wait is very long and the people waiting for. Let's see it. teecholade should be out in minutes and the person after us was served first! there are many employees who have little efficiency. products also see top class.

This cafe is brilliant. Great range of food and snacks for big and little people. Stunning coffee and super friendly team. A great asset to the play park and means you can stay for a good time and treat the kids as well.

The lady at the cash register kindly gave me 20p so that my nephew could use the public toilets in the park. The staff there are very friendly, and I felt truly welcomed. My nephew enjoyed a lovely ice cream while sitting on the picnic benches outside, and he loved it!
