Bojangles' Famous Chicken - Bassett

Drive thru: Everything was good! I ordered a Bo's chicken sandwich combo for hubby and I got a sausage biscuit with fries. Service was good!

I had to wait because they served everyone else but forgot my order. Stood there 20 for a sandwich.

The staff is friendly and polite, but the dining area is neglected; it has an unpleasant smell (due to the carpet) and there are flies buzzing around.

The service was swift, but the sausage biscuit was only lukewarm. The fries also didn't taste fresh. Overall, the flavor was acceptable.

I visited the restaurant yesterday for a snack and ordered a large mashed potato with extra gravy. When I picked up the gravy container, it only felt warm, so I removed the lid to pour it out. To my surprise, it was filled to the brim and didn’t have any warning label about being hot. Unfortunately, it spilled all over my hand and burned me badly. I had to rush to Chick-fil-A to get ice for my hand, which is still swollen. I've been advised to contact my lawyer about my injuries. I urge the restaurant to provide warnings if the items are hot.
