Love this place so much. When I visited almost came here everyday for the food and environment

The Food is usually really good here, especially the burgers. The management is probably the Worst! We went there yesterday , the place was busy, we put our name in with the girl at the front and she took down my cell number to page us when the table was ready, about 30- 40 min. While we waited , we went to the Mexican restaurant 10 feet away and had a beer. We sat at a window seat that had a perfect view of the girl who was taking other people's reservations at the tap bar. We noticed she was letting her friends in who just walked up and were seated without any questions . We waited for over 2 hours and no page . So we left and ate somewhere else. It's a shame that I have to leave this negative Review due to a persons ignorance and lack of customer service skills and no manager on sight. I guess that's what you get when you hire kids. So I'm giving this a big thumbs down due to the incompetent's of management.

Food was great! Service too! Can't beat the location. My wife is a pumpkin spice nut this time of year. She asked for a Pumpkin Spice Old Fashion. The bartender made his first ever on her request. He needs to add it to their drink menu. Off the chart!

We visited as a party of 6 adults plus one pup. We sat on the patio unfortunately the table we were at didn’t have much for sunshade. Friendly service. Everyone ordered a different dish. I ordered the poke bowl it looked better then it tasted. The flavor wasn’t that great and it also had cucumber (which wasn’t listed as an ingredient I dislike cucumber . It also was missing ingredients listed like furikake. I wish the waitress would have mentioned that the bowl had different ingredients than what is listed on the menu because I would have ordered something else. I asked for more of the poke sauce on the side because it was a bit bland and it definitely helped bring out the flavor profile of the food. Everyone else in our party seemed to enjoy their food and drinks a lot :
