Well, I 've only gone to eat with the menu of the day . The menu is good, as well as very extensive. The food is very well presented and plated. The only thing that surprises me is that the first courses never include gazpacho manchego, there must be some reason but it escapes me. It is as if a menu of the day in a restaurant in Valencia does not include paella or any type of rice. Food: 5
