Mcdonald's Restaurants

I had a great experience at this McDonald's! The restaurant was spotless, the employees were welcoming, and the free wifi was a bonus. We also received our food quickly. It was the perfect dining experience!

I ordered food worth of from McDonald's using Uber Eats, a service that McDonald's utilizes and pays for. Despite paying a delivery fee, the food arrived freezing cold, missing condiments, such as straws for drinks. Additionally, drinks were spilled everywhere. I informed the driver that I could not accept cold food and requested he return to McDonald's to bring me fresh food. However, the driver did not understand and could not assist. I went to the McDonald's location in Barking and spoke to the manager, who initially ignored me but eventually listened to my complaint. Unfortunately, the manager offered no solution or apology, directing me to contact Uber Eats instead. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, I received no resolution or apology. I witnessed other customers trying to eat the cold food like scavengers. This experience was unlike any I have had before, and I will not be returning to this McDonald's location.

Always still hungry afterwards but still will always go, big tasty should stay on the menu but get real bacon !!!! thumbs up

Typical McDonald's..... You get what they say is on the box.... It's always clean and fairly full. Not much more to say, staff are pleasant and the toilets clean.

Usual breakfast, good location, plenty of room, hot chocolate was disgusting, took it back but gave up after the attempt.
