Asian Ways (paralelo) - Barcelona

We came to have dinner here, and was served by a sullen looking woman. We ordered a pad thai and a chop suey dish. My friend's chop suey dish came out first. Mine was nowhere to be seen. After 5 minutes later, someone else bought out a red thai curry dish. I informed her that this was incorrect. The original waitress came out and argued that was what i had ordered. I reminded her that i ordered the pad thai as i asked if the spicy powder that came with it was hot. She looked confused and muttered something like ok. She was still convinced that she was right. At this point my friend asked for a portion of noodles to go with her dish, and i asked them to take it away and to bring them both out at the same time. The waitress insisted that there were no noodle side dishes, and my friend could only have boiled rice. As the menu served plenty of noodle dishes, this was rather confusing. After requesting it again in several different ways to help her understand what we wanted basically stirred fried plain noodles in a wok, what we got was a small portion of sticky mess of boiled noodles without any flavouring. We actually got charged €5 for the noodles alone. This was clearly an absolute scam because we dared to ask for the noodles. My pad thai was ok. I asked for the bill at the end, only to be ignored. She then came out with the bill and stood over us while we counted our money out. In most places, this is considered rude but it must be a thing there. Unfortunately the customer service was appalling. The attitudes of the staff was shocking. It was an awful experience and i would not recommend that place to anyone. The staff should be put on course to improve their customer skills and manners, or should get a job elsewhere if they are unhappy there.

Amazing prawn fried gyozas!! Very tasty main courses with reasonable prices wine. Waitress very helpful and showed photos of different dishes to help us order!! Lovely atmosphere in restaurant. Not disappointed on second visit! Thank you for a lovely evening

DO NOT EAT HERE. PAD THAI IS NOT GLUTEN FREE. I wish I could give it no star. I asked them what they could make gluten free as I have Celiacs disease and anaphylaxis allergy to wheat. They told me it was the pad thai so I ordered it. My friend with me is pescatarian so they ordered a shrimp fried noodles dish. THE PAD THAI IS NOT GLUTEN FREE. It tasted like cheap **** and honestly if I knew I was having a near-death meal I wish it could have at least tasted good. I have been incredibly sick and now have to stay home and lay down all day with my epi-pen at the ready. They also added pork to my friend’s shrimp dish and then said it took too long to make a non-pork dish, so you know that everything is pre-made and frozen in the back. They charged us even for the dish my friend couldn’t eat which is bad business practice. They clearly don’t care at all about safe and sanitary food preparation. Save your money or go elsewhere.

Fue toda una sorpresa, ya que para mi es uno de los mejores de Barcelona. Recomiendo 100%.

Gran descubrimiento . Por 9 € un Ramen riquísimo y con mucha cantidad. Las gyozas de cerdo y verdura también estaban muy buenas . Los camareros nos atendieron muy bien y la verdad es que el lugar es muy acogedor. Seguro que repetimos !
