Little Caesars Pizza - Barbourville

They were really backed up when I arrived. But the drive thru moved quickly, food was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. ? ??

The pizza is fine. It's a 25% chance on whether you get it warm, cold, burnt or normal. Terribly inconsistent. The lines are ridiculous, they rarely open the lobby, which would minimize the people in drive-thru. Pizza portal is rarely an option. Just horrible management with no clear idea on how this should work or just simple logistics. I wish it was decent again. 5.55 for a 45 minute wait. Don't defend them, they're a business taking your money. Lots of it. No excuses.

It is ridiculous that they close the lobby around 5p and 6p in the evening and you have to wait in a line for 30 min to get a pizza. They must bring their act together and set some ppl that work.

I would give zero stars if I could. Little Caesars employees are ridiculous. They feel the need to leave the lobby and go talk to their buddy while he blasts his music extremely loud in the parking lot. ?. So instead of doing their actual job, they play on their phones and go and scream, ?Bro?, at their buddy hanging out in the parking lot. They gave me three breadsticks. Like??? and on top of that it was stuffed crazy bread, it wasn?t even what I asked for. It was literally so nasty. The pizza is ok, however, the employees need to get it together. What?s the reasoning behind the unnecessarily long drive thru line? I thought it was supposed to be hot n ready.

I've visited this place for pizzas a lot, but lately, it's just really really bad. Today my pizza looked like it had been dropped in the floor. I got grit, and hard pieces in a few slices. The grease was so bad that the crease that folds over the box was pooled throughout the ridge. This is not the first time that's happened. The past few pizzas are so loaded with grease that it looks like Pepsi or water has been spilt on it, and it tastes like it too. Just pure soggy pizza. I don't know if this little Caesars and little Caesars of pineville needs new management or what, but I won't be buying pizza here anymore or in pineville anymore. Middlesboros little Caesars is far superior usually. Yes my sister took a couple bites but other than that, this pizza wasn't touched, and it was barely cut so she had to cut and tear it to get the little piece she wanted. Disgraceful.
