Great stay, central heating did not work at night, food was great, bed heating was good, overall good experience

The location and service was fantastic during our visit! The food was delicious! Service staff were very helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend it.

Though the room size is a bit small but comparing the prices of hotels at Gulmarg it is reasonably good. The hotel is located in a nice location and the staff are great. The view is great from the front side rooms. The best part is the dining. Here you will get great food with some background music with a nice ambiance

Overall really good hotel with very good view if you can stay on the right side of the property. Rooms are neat and clean and compact. Room heater and blanket heater are functional and central heating is there for winter season. Washroom is really good and 24 hours hot water available. Staff is very friendly. Food is top notch and so is the kitchen service Cons: Rooms are a bit smaller for the price charged

Excellent place, great view and location is accessible from the main gate and main market, the staff is extremely friendly and especially manager Aijaz is gemstone of a person. Currently we are at -7 degrees in Gulmarg and we feel like 30 degrees in the room, room is well insulated, electric mattress, heating, continuous hot water and everything you need to stay protected from hard winter. Come on. We had a great experience. came here for a day and now extended the stay for 2 days. I don't know why reviews for this place are low, but trust me that we were randomly checked and everything was perfect.
