Grand Mumtaz Resorts - Bāramūla

I think I've already checked this place, but it still shows up to check again. A bit expensive in the first place, the deluxe rooms are ok. 14k per night is not worth it. Small rooms. Heaters are installed but do not contain the cold. The rooms are not athetic. You also need to check other rooms. Eating is okay. But the views are good when it snows. There are also other hotels in this location. Overall, the stay was good.

Excellent location of the hotel near the Gandola ride. Very large lobby with good seating. Spacious rooms well furnished and clean linens with a friendly staff. All claims are addressed immediately. Your buffet dinner was amazingly very decent price. I'll suggest it to all my friends.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was polite and prompt in answering requests. The food was good. Rooms were clean and all amenities were available. It is not a luxury stay, but a great stay for the medium economic range

Loved our stay here. For anything you need, the room service comes in minutes to help, polite and prompt. Surprise was the buffet dinner with excellent spread and tasty food. The pani puri and kadhi were amazing. Property is a bit old, but fully functional and with the warmth of Kashmir.

Very good hospitality and staff service but.. The location of very difficult to get using Google and Waze. The operator and or reception was very slow in responding or unable to pick up call many times. That caused a lot of problem especially driving in the dark. Must improve on location map. Hotel is excellent but still under renovation of first floor. Use stairs.
