Taffy's on Looker - Banyule

A corner milk at that has evolved into a homely cafe while still maintaining milk bar services.

This is a lovely little neighbourhood cafe with eclectic shabby chic decor & a simple menu. The food is primarily homemade - I had several visits over a week of working in the area & the food is just delicious. I had two different soups within that time - a chicken with vegies & noodles & a cauliflower one. Oh my - what a treat! As a bonus, there are little corners with local handcrafted baby clothes, cute handknitted hats & a trendy range of women's clothes as well. Certainly got the thumbs up here!

Taffys is a small intimate cafe/ milk bar selling great cakes and slices and amazing food. Maggie also makes unique baby wear and sells clothing, homewares and Jewellery. Great atmosphere and great coffee. Very popular on weekends for brunch and afternoon tea. Great place

Good home style food, inexpensive, wide menu but not over sized. Range of pastry/bakery goods, fresh sandwiches, jaffles, great freshly made chips. Lovely antique decor, and nick nacks make you feel as if you are visiting your favorite grandmother. Good friendly service. Small range of gift ware and artisan condiments for sale.

The breakfast was fantastic and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future.
