Cafe Hood - Banos

I was impressed by how the menu clearly labeled which dishes could be made vegan, which is uncommon in Ecuador. The staff was knowledgeable about vegan options and provided great service. I enjoyed the $7 burrito, which was a good size and delicious.

This restaurant in Baños is one of my favorite places to go. The enchiladas here are spectacular - I usually get the vegetarian option but they can make it vegan too, and it's amazing! There are also other delicious dishes like pad thai, tacos, and burritos. The atmosphere of the place is beautiful and cozy. I highly recommend it.

I ordered the Buddha bowl and they were accommodate it to be vegan! It doesn't explicitly say that they can do that on the menu, but the waitress offered to make it vegan for me. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. Just wish there were more vegan options and clearly marked on the menu.
