Mcdonald's - Banning

I want to give a shoutout to the McDonald's on Ramsey St. because I don't eat meat or pork. I requested a sausage McMuffin with turkey sausage, and I wasn't sure they could accommodate my request, as some other places have not. Fortunately, they did fulfill my order, and because of that, I will keep coming back. Thank you! McDonald's has gained a loyal customer.

Had no idea how to order in this restaurant. I went hesitant with a friend and came to find out that you need to order from your *phone app* or from the *touch screen menu* I felt like I was in a bad dream of the future. Yes, there are employees there, but you can't really order from one, so strange I think I'm getting old.

I love the new way McDonald's only goes thru. Much faster, much more efficient and food comes better. Mobile app is great. Order and pay for food. It's ready when you arrive. And you get great discounts and free items!

I used to love McDonald's but I asked for a fish filet with extra tarter but not 20 extra shots the sandwich was falling apart when I got it so soggy, I asked for fresh fries, didn't get them they were cold and hard that's why I asked for fresh. And my Dr. Pepper tasted like pure syrup. Now before have I've never had a bad drink even from Micky D's. Let me say I was so disappointed. The place I grew up with and carries my grandparents last name. Sorry not the first time it's happened even the girl at the window was rude, I asked for napkins and salt she didn't give me any can you imagine eating that sandwich on the go and no napkins!
