Caffe Castra - Banja Luka

GREAT STEAK AND WINE! I am from Argentina and my number one craving was to have a good piece of grilled meat accompanied by a tasteful red wine. I was glad that I was recommended plan B. I had the T-bone along with a glass of Jungić... as an Argentinean, I couldn't ask for more. The service is great, the place is very relaxing and the staff speak English if necessary. I came back days later to have breakfast and to my surprised, I discovered what a beautiful view on the Vrbas it has. It is perfect to enjoy a meal, coffee and work on the computer. I highly recommend to stop by Plan B if you are in town! :

This is a great restaurant with beautiful view and just next to the river Vrbas. It is spacious and comfortable. The menu is perfect with totally acceptable prices. My warm recommendation for breakfast or Sunday lunch.

Just amazing! Apart from their wonderful tagline Life is all about how you handle plan B , they have crazy good food, real good drinks as well, and a comfortable atmosphere. Even though the staff does not speak proper English, they are really helpful and welcoming. I can only recommend this location, it is a great place to have a great time.

Beautiful restaurant near the river Vrbas. You can eat or drink something here, is also very embarrassed to rest in the tree shadow in the hot summer.

Absolutely beautiful place on the river Vrbas, great view, very good coffee (we had no time to eat, but I do not doubt quality) terrace is wonderful and the interior of the restaurant is also very charming.
