I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the service today. They even provided me with a clean tea towel to dry my baby's bottle after it was heated, which I had never encountered at other places before. I thought that was very thoughtful. The staff was friendly, and the food and coffee were great!

It seems that some people have had negative experiences here, but I can confidently say that I had a fantastic time. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. They even replaced two items I accidentally ordered incorrectly without any hassle. Overall, it's a brilliant place—I'm a big fan of Bob and Bert's!

I had lunch today at this restaurant, marking my second visit in three months, and I was once again impressed by the quality. Both the food and service were fantastic. We ordered burgers and sides, all of which were delicious, and the fries were exceptional—absolutely out of this world! The pricing was very reasonable, and the seating was comfortable and laid-back. Overall, a well-made experience.

Had only one ice cappuccino and it was amazing! great services and very friendly staff, would recommend this to everyone

Unbelievable. Had heard a few mixed reviews but decided to find out for myself.. I got a chicken cheddar and chilli jam panini.. And ten minutes after eating it I wanted another one! haven't stopped thinking about it since I'll definitely be back
