Little Wild: Coffee By Wild Flour

The Bright Brew coffee at The Small Wilderness tastes more like a dark roast. Even when cooled, I couldn’t detect any acidity in the coffee. It pairs better with flavors like peanut and dark chocolate. However, the light roast with wild flour is delicious. I would recommend trying the coffee at The Small Wilderness if you’re looking for a good bright roast.

The coffee is excellent, but it’s disappointing that they use single-use plastics. There are so many eco-friendly alternatives available. I hope they reconsider this practice in the future.

We stopped by to pass some time before our dinner reservation, and we found this lovely little coffee shop. I ordered an iced chai latte with almond milk, and it was incredibly refreshing. My partner and I shared a croissant, which was light, fluffy, and of excellent quality! The staff here is very friendly and prepared our drinks quickly. I have no complaints, and we would definitely come back again.

Horrible staff. Female employee working at this time is treating customers terribly. Rolling her eyes behind their backs and making comments every time someone asks for anything. Messed up our order and blamed us for it, making sarcastic comments to male coworker. Obviously need new staff, no wonder all the other coffee shops in banff are busier than here.
