Not a meat market—though we were told there was one in town, we couldn’t locate it. This is definitely a restaurant.

I ordered three steaks—two Rib Eyes and one New York strip—and unfortunately, all of them were quite tough. I cooked them to medium rare, as I usually prefer, so I was really disappointed given their price. I tried various methods to tenderize the meat, but I only had some success with the last steak. I hope my experience is not representative of what others have encountered, but I won’t be returning to this meat market.

Delicious food and excellent service. The small-town vibe adds charm, and the steaks are definitely worth the wait.
