We stayed here in a suite on first floor, the location is good but the service in terms of food and amenities are poor. Breakfast is so slow that you will end up eating only half of your hunger, they have breads ỉn breakfast but toaster is non working. The quality of food here is worst, we ordered sandwiches in our rooms, the condition of the sandwich was like it was prepared at a location where we don’t have resources, one slice each of cucumber, tomato and onion with mayo and sandwich is ready- price for 2 (240 INR) We were given towels that were not clean and wet, after complaint they replaced them. But still i guess some things are so obvious that the customer will be expecting a clean room with clean sheets and towels, which they failed to maintain.

Hotel was nicely located, service was really good. Food was decent and very helpful staff. Breakfast dinner was included which was really nice in the price. Harjot singh manager was very helpful and so was his team. My only complaint would be dampness smell in the bedrooms and music is played way too loud at odd times. Sunday morning music was played loud at 8:30 am which disturbed us. But apart from that clean hotel, great service with parking space.. Will visit again.

I request everyone to not book this hotel. There is a major safety issue. This is a cheap hotel which has posted fancy photos online. The staff is not polite they don't provide basic necessities and argue if you point out.

We were 2 families , our room was on the 2 floor, and the rooms were clean. There is less parking space, so we had to Park our car outside the hotel. Staff don't have uniforms, also some of the reception staff need to be trained. This hotel is children friendly, they have a nice pool and swings. The food is delicious here, we order in the room and breakfast in their dining area, good food, food service. We had a good and comfortable stay. One point they need to take care of is room cleansing, they don't clean it properly.

MUST READ No parking space , maximum 5 cars can be accommodated. Don't think of it as a resort with beautiful pictures, just a normal hotel with a restaurant. Don't even have a proper garden in full property Property ends with 50m walk from reception to pool. Full staff speaks politely but is very much untrained Rooms way too overprized for such a normal property. Max 3 dishes are present in Buffet. MY ADVICE: IF YOU'RE COMING WITH FAMILY FOR A LAVISH TIME, THIS HOTEL ISN'T WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL Two Stars for such a small property that literally compromises their guests in every aspect.
