Staff was lovely, as well as the food. We came in on a rainy afternoon after visiting the castle. The pumpkin sweet potato soup was just the thing to warm me up. Typical British weather...down poor with a dog! The pub welcomed us with open arms! So friendly! Doggy ice-cream. BUT...The Classic Fish Soup stole the show! You will not be disappointed.
