The Dining Room - Bambolim

The restaurant has a nice outdoor area with fantastic view. We're treated very well , especially by Suvabrata, the new manager of the restaurant. He really took care of our preferences . Grand Hyatt will be our first choice when we visit next time to...Goa.

We visited the dining room at Grand Hyatt Goa for Lunch on 04.08.2022. The team at the restaurant is very courteous and suggested us The Chula Signature Paneer Tikka for starter. The dish was very good until my wife ended up with a hard unidentified...object in her mouth. The team was not able to clarify to us whether it was some spice or a piece of wood or some bone from the tandoor.?? They were very generous to serve us a 2nd dish and as a courtesy, dint charge us for the entire meal even after i insisting a lot to charge us for 1 dish atleast. The incident left a sour taste in our mouth...surely not going to recommend this outlet to my vegetarian friends.

Wide variety of Indian and international dishes in their buffet, all freshly prepared, many in front of you. We had excellent and attentive service from Ranjan and Ravi. Especially recommend the tandoori selection and the Chena Payas dessert (I had three).

Mr. Subravata is very friendly and respects all customers. He's doing everything we can enjoy the moment. Thank you, Mr Subravata.
