Wendy's - Baltimore

I was highly disappointed, my fries were complet burnt nowhere near edible, there wasntnany bacon on the burger and no sauce, they gave me a larger drink that I asked for. Im guessing to make up which it didnt Also door dash keeping sending the drivers to the wrong house

The wait time is ridiculously long and the staff is not friendly accept for one young lady who is actually kind and have great customer service. The other staff don't even try to acknowledge you when you are standing there waiting to order. Also the food is always cold! Will not go back there again and I honestly don't recommend this Wendy's unless you want to be frustrated and eat cold food!

Very slow drive through service, but they are working hard and they are courteous and my order was correct. For that I cannot complain about at all. But here's a tip, if you order a frosty, make sure you ask them to pour it when get to the window... Or it will sit there on the counter melting into foamy milky drink. Until you finally make it up to the pickup window. That's my only complaint.

This place is horrible!!! Do not go here!!! Several times I have been here to pick up an online order placed at least 20-30 minutes before I arrived and NEVER has it been ready or even started before I got there. I have still waited for 10-15 minutes each time for them to prepare my order while I watch 5-7 others both in the drive thru and inside the store come after me, place their order, and receive their food and drive away while I stand there and watch and wait. At least 5 times I have experienced this at this location. The staff is rude, unprofessional, uncaring, and unfocused, with no direction, focus or sense of urgency. Where is the management and team leadership? It is non existent and disgraceful. Intervention is necessary at this store by the corporate office that oversees this operation. I would be embarrassed to be associated with this store. Shame on you guys for not taking any pride in what you do!

Slow slow and slow. Rude cx service.Wendy's got this new thing where no cars in the drive thru. One at window. And park all the rest. We literally got 2 drinks and a 4 piece nugget.Never again only bc Chic Fila a is closed on Sunday across the street
