フィードバックを提供するThe driver assured me he would return to get my correct order, and I asked him to give me about 15 minutes. However, after waiting that long, I still hadn't received a call or my pizza. I called the driver back, and he stated that the manager claimed he had called me and spoken to me, which was not true. I then called the restaurant and spoke to someone named "Happy." Ironically, I was the unhappy one without my pizza. He mentioned they would send me a loan for a medium pizza. I found it odd when he introduced himself and added “hug” to his name, as it felt insincere. If they really cared, they would have addressed this sooner and ensured my original order was correct. At this point, I am still hungry and really wanted my cheese pizza but had no extra money to order from another place. I had budgeted just enough for what I initially ordered. Overall, this first experience was disappointing, and I will be following up regarding my credit.
I’d give them a star, but the young staff are pretty laid-back! I was really hungry, and they seemed to prioritize taking online orders instead of serving the customers who were already there. Shaking my head!
I ordered chicken and fries, but I received burnt chicken and overcooked, reheated fries. Even though this was unacceptable, they refused to refund my money or replace the items. I’m so disappointed. Eating out has become expensive; a simple chicken box now costs $10 for just four pieces and fries, which feels like a rip-off. I will never spend another dollar here, nor will my family. Dining here is like playing a game of chance, and if I could give them zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, that’s not an option.
Do Not Support this business. I would order from them like 2x a week. Pizza is good, everything else is ok, I mean just okay. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. When I received my food I was furious. Hardly any cheese, pizza was dry and my French fries was cold and not cooked all the way. I'm not a complainer, most of the time I'll just brush it off. The customer service was horrible. When I called to complain, the worker kept putting me on hold. And I kept calling back. He kept putting me on hold. I've spent alot of money at this place and made a lot of referrals. NO MORR!! Nasty customer service, they won't get a dime from me, my family or friends again. I don't care if it is located around the corner.
They just didn't understand the assignment well I called earlier that day and was gonna get delivery but they guy in the phone was so rude I called and canceled order anyways later on that eve I end up calling back and picking up my order I ordered a provolone shrimp cheesesteak with everything extra meat extra shrimp extra onions extra mayo bread toasted dark lol yup all of that well I can tell it was there fist time making a sandwich like this overall sandwich okay just lacked flavour and shrimp way over cooked ugh
