Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Baltimore

Popeyes sent out coupons to use in their restaurant, but when my daughter and I tried to redeem them, we were told we couldn't. I'm confused because the note indicated we could use them. It didn't specify any restrictions regarding Popeyes. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. It seems to me that if people are not interested, it could be due to discrimination based on color.

By the time we were three-quarters of the way back, I tasted the soda and it was terrible—like poison. My husband decided to turn around to return the drink and get a refund for what we paid, especially considering the wasted gas. When we got there, instead of an apology for the mistake, we were simply handed a cake. Whatever happened to saying, "Sorry, we made a mistake; how can we make it right?" Also, how much do potatoes really cost? It’s likely less than apples in the food business. Overall, we were disappointed with the poor customer service.

I typically enjoy Popeyes, but my recent visits to this location have been disappointing. The last visit was the worst of all. First off, the coleslaw was warm and had the texture of something that had been sitting out for a long time. The taste was also off and it wasn't as crispy as it should be—perhaps it was undercooked. On a positive note, the biscuits and red beans and rice were good. However, the prices they charge are the most frustrating part!

I usually don't give low scores. the food was on the spot, but bad administration. icy machine was downstairs, no ice, so they tell me why they can't buy a bag ice cream and keep the soda machine on storage. another important problem in a chicken joint. no bargain? How? Why? I have been working in customer service management for over 15 years. they must solve the problems they arise. we saw a manager of art sitting and sweating with employees while we were not satisfied with the lack of important items that a restaurant needs to be successful. the soda was flat, not a seltzer. I think a better manager can turn the place around.

Today June 11th 2022 I went to this Popeyes and had to use the drive through to order my food instead of going inside because the inside was closed,however they were pretty good with getting people their food in a timely manner. The food was great as usual and the lemonade was extra tasty.
