Mcdonald's - Baltimore

Fast drive through service. Order was accurate and friendly staff.

Whoever worked drive through (1st and second window) on May 13 between 8:00 and 8:15 are very kind and put me in a positive spirit. Felt like southern hospitality. Tried to contact the store to speak with a manager to let them know how great their workers are but the phone wouldn?t connect. Great humility and passion. God bless everyone at this location

This restaurant was everything at McDonald's should be. It was spotlessly clean, well maintained, it had a very friendly staff, everything was right. Was bright and attractive seem very new inside. Overall I'm going to keep this one in mind cuz it's close to my neighborhood and it was a pleasure to visit. I should also mention that they were fresh cut flowers on the tables. I've never been in a McDonald's with fresh cut flowers before. I was also proud to see the American flag and the Maryland state flag flying out front along with a McDonald's flag. These people take pride in their restaurant.

Unique fast food dining experience. First McDonald's I have been to with table service! You can still go to counter for service but you can also use the self service kiosk where you can place your order right on the screen, even special orders and requests, then complete your purchase with a credit/debit card (or choose to pay at the counter). Once finished you take one of the table markers, enter the the number on the screen and take a seat (don't forget to grab your drinks first) . Shortly after your order is brought right to your table! To feel even more like a dining experience your even have floweres at the table and a pleasant ambiance within the surroundings. One star off because I didn't see any kind of condiment station, but I might have just missed it. Great experience, hope to see more of the McDonald's doing this as I spend a lot of time in the car for work and this provides a inexpensive dining experience instead of eating in the car!

Fast, hot fresh food, cool customer service.... They have come a long way compared to a few years ago. Noone liked this MickyD's food was just as terrible as their nasty attitudes. Good job you guys on this huge improvement.
