Mama Mias - Baltimore

Oh, what can I say about Mama Mia's? It's one of the few takeout places that has been around since my childhood, and their food is still delicious!

Great dining options near the Johns Hopkins area. This is the only sub shop in the vicinity unless you take a stroll down Monument Street.

Exceptional value: The prices are fantastic, the food is tasty, and the portions are generous. My personal favorite is the fries, and the cheese steak is also very good. The staff is generally friendly. Just a heads-up: it’s mainly a takeout spot, so don’t expect to find seating or have the option to eat there comfortably. The space is quite small, nearly just enough for standing room.

My coworker treated us all to breakfast from here this morning. The food was very tasty and they did not skimp on the portions. Excellent home fries and onions! I really enjoyed it and will be back again!

The cheesesteak sub is delicious! Everything here is great. I've been coming to this place since I was a kid. Food: 5/5.
