The service was extremely poor. We had to constantly track down the waitress to place our orders, and she would walk away before we could even finish speaking. It seems they can get away with this kind of service because a 20% gratuity is automatically added. I decided not to order anything after seeing my friend's food served on paper plates as if it had just been reheated in the microwave. One friend ordered pasta, but the noodles were overcooked and stuck together, and the sauce seemed to be store-bought Ragu. We also ordered flatbreads, nachos, and queso, but the nachos and queso turned out to be generic movie theater cheese and Tostitos chips with a sprinkle of parsley. The chicken on the flatbread was dry and tasteless, making it difficult to eat. We left after my friend could barely finish half of her meal because her jaw was tired. The restaurant's Instagram page makes their food look amazing but they should disclose that the actual food doesn't match their beautifully photographed dishes.
“Happy Hour Heaven” … we hoped the place would live up to its clever business name. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that.We had friends in town and we wanted to take them to a local restaurant. I saw the reviews here and thought it would be a good spot to catch up with friends over a meal and drinks. WRONG. There were so many red flags that we should have walked away.1. The walls and tables were nasty covered with food. I asked the bartender to please give me a cloth so I could clean. She handed me the cleaning cloth and I began to clean the walls of the restaurant because it was embarrassing and nasty.2. We wanted to try the wings since their social media and menus made them look/sound good. Initially, we were told that the honey j was the only flavor they had out of the other 8 or so flavors. After 5 minutes, the waitress/bartender returned and said she unfortunately didn’t have ANY wing flavors. How do you not have ANY wing flavors? We stuck with the underwhelming shrimp tacos.3. The frozen daiquiri machines were broken and they didn’t have many drink options.4. There was an automatic 20% gratuity included which usually we don’t mind, but in this circumstance we didn’t agree it was warranted, but we paid it anyway and decided we would never bring guests to this establishment again. If you’re looking for great happy hour places, don’t let the name of this establishment convince you like it did for us. There are other local spots where you will not leave with regret.
Man… Jonathan is great!! Very very very nice guy (owner). Good music, great food, excellent customer service. I went on Saturday and ordered the chicken flatbread, chicken tacos, and two mixed peach ciroc drinks. They were strong and only $6 a piece. You cannot beat that!!Food: 5/5
I enjoy visiting local bars and supporting them, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to this one. I was initially intrigued by the $5 burger special, but the bartender was not very attentive or friendly. She suggested I pick a drink from what was laying around when I inquired about a drink menu. The food was mediocre, with the tater tots and burger tasting like they had been in the freezer for too long. To my surprise, a 20% gratuity was added to the check without prior mention. I asked for it to be removed since it was not earned or disclosed beforehand, which caused the bartender to react with an attitude.
My boyfriend and I came to this restaurant on a Friday, which happened to be ladies' night (although I had never been here before). There was only one bartender working, who seemed to be a bit unfriendly. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, which was filling and delicious. However, I was surprised to be charged $10 for a Crown Royal and coke. I thought this place was supposed to have great happy hour deals, especially since they also added gratuity to the bill.
