The lobster risotto was creamy and flavorful, and the beef Wellington was cooked to perfection (and a great introduction to this dish for us! . But the pièce de résistance was the sticky toffee pudding hands down the best dessert we 've ever had! The staff was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring our evening was nothing short of exceptional. A few years ago, we dined at Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas and had a great experience, so we decided to try another one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. We were not disappointed. The steaks were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. All of the sides were fantastic, although the spinach gratin lacked seasoning and was quite bland. That was the only flaw in an otherwise fantastic meal. Our server, Miles, was excellent, and everyone we encountered was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning in the future.
