Wonderful experience start to finish attentive friendly gal on phone... explained everything made suggestions was amazing... driver called to confirm address introduce himself and tell me he'd be there in about 20 minutes... he was there in 10 and so friendly... best part FOOD IS AMAZING ? thank you.
Good fortune carry o East Monument Street is not customer friendly. Call for yourself! The women/girl who answers the phone to take orders is the most rudest, nastiest, disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. She talks to BLACKS like trash and the delivery driver is not respectful either. They believe we’re to purchase from their business line like we need them and they don’t need our service. I wouldn’t recommend no one to purchase from that location.
This place is so dirty, I got chicken and cheese fish sub, the chicken was **** and the fish smelled like raw fish. I don’t eat from Chinese ppl so I blame myself because I know better. They need to be shut down
