I called and asked myself to speak to a manager, the man I think was an older Indian man when I came in, hanging on the phone when I asked to speak to a manager. I called again and the girl was nice, but seriously he was hanging on me because I asked to talk to a manager. My hot chocolate was 3/4 full room. If I pay you money and you had to make a makeshift hot chocolate because your machine was downstairs, then fill up my cup! I wasn't rude or so whoever this man should be fired for hanging on people.

We ordered a frozen coffee with vanilla flavor, and it definitely wasn't the typical frozen coffee I'm used to. Instead of tasting like vanilla, it had a flavor reminiscent of hazelnuts.

I asked for no ice with my ice coffee and was charged $1 for no ice. HOW CAN YOU BE CHARGED FOR NO ICE! SO RIDICULOUS. I was a loyal customer and I'm never going back!
