Domino's Pizza - Baltimore

The service was quick, but they forgot to bring my pizzas out to the curbside as I had requested.

This is hands down the best pizza crust I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making the experience pleasant and straightforward. It's my favorite pizza spot!

I really enjoy this location. It's conveniently located on my way home from work, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. The employees always wear masks and gloves, which is reassuring. The pizzas are typically made correctly, with just one exception, but that was due to an order placed by someone else, so I don't blame the staff for that. Keep in mind, this is strictly a carry-out and delivery store; it has never been set up for dining in, even before the pandemic.

I placed my order online, and unfortunately, everything went wrong from there. While the staff were polite and did refund my money, the experience was frustrating. The delivery was 40 minutes later than the tracker indicated, and when the order finally arrived, it was completely incorrect and cold. I tried to call them for assistance, but they never answered. Although their employees were friendly, it was clear they were overwhelmed. I would recommend supporting your local pizzerias instead; they seem to struggle with online ordering technology, but at the end of the day, it’s really about the quality of the food.

I will never order from this Domino's again. You all really need to get your act together. Everyone working there should be let go; in fact, it might be better to shut down the place altogether. Having been a general manager in fast food and a previous owner of a pizza parlor, I can confidently say that I would never provide service like this. Additionally, please answer your phone. This is unacceptable service.
