Blue Point Crab House - Baltimore

I ordered an Uber Eat order from here and the process was horrible. I never received my food from the first order (Uber fault) so it was cancelled and another order was placed. The manager never made the 2nd order. I called to let her know what was going on. She insisted I got the food when I didn’t. After 20 minutes she finally made the 2nd order however it took her over a hour to make it. Thankfully the driver waited however due to the long wait time she couldn’t deliver the food due to it being cold and my macrons Salad spoiling I ended canceling the order again. The manager needs to learn how the app works or she could have called to confirm the order and then made it. I didn’t order a lot and it should not have taken a hour to make for fried shrimp.

Crabs and corn were good. A bit pricey but will definitely be back.

The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. My favorite dish was the strawberry cheesecake; it was incredibly creamy. The staff were friendly and very patient.
