Charlottes Rib's customer for almost 40 years. Although they have moved places, the food is exactly the same excellent. This is a hidden BBQ secret if you are not familiar with this restaurant. They are family and you will certainly get to recognize them every time they are in. My favorite is her cut beef breeze. Go on!

I ordered the brisket plate with her pommes and slaw, and everything was fantastic. We were able to get extra sauce for the meat, and the meal was outstanding overall. The service was also excellent and quick. I have to give Charlotte's Rib a full 5 stars. We'll definitely be back!
