Pizza Time - Ballston Spa

The staff, who appeared to be high school students, seemed cheerful, but they lacked attention to detail and were not properly trained in customer service. Chewing gum while taking orders and failing to listen was quite rude. Additionally, not expressing gratitude or encouraging me to return made me feel unappreciated as a customer. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

I’ve dined here at least four times, and the food is fantastic! They are very accommodating, whether you’re a party of three or a group of ten. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ve tried the spaghetti Bolognese, eggplant parmigiana, and chicken parmigiana, all of which were delicious! My daughter ordered a calzone that was larger than a plate, and she said it was amazing. Overall, I believe Pizza Time truly deserves a five-star rating.

I had a fantastic experience at Biscossi's! The cake was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. I ordered a 16" pizza with 8 sausages and red onions for pickup, and it was ready in just 25 minutes. I arrived a bit early, but the staff was kind enough to provide me with updates on the time. Their attention to detail really stood out. It's clear that they value their customers and prioritize excellent service. I’m looking forward to returning and trying more items from their menu. I've been ordering from this restaurant for years, and they consistently deliver great food. The prices are reasonable, and they don’t skimp on portion sizes. I especially love the boneless wings—they're juicy and saucy without any gimmicks. The pasta dishes are also good, but they're even better when you order them for dining in. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot!

Great pizza and garlic knots. try the fried dough, absolutely delicious! They always deliver within their time frame!
