I have dined at this restaurant multiple times for various events, and I have always enjoyed it! Ronnie and his team serve authentic and fresh Indian cuisine, and I always look forward to trying their newest dishes. If you are looking for the genuine experience, make sure to find East India – you will not be disappointed!

We had the butter chicken with rice, chips with cheese and curry, and naan bread. The flavours were beautiful, with being able to taste each spice used, and not the normal just add heat curry you usually receive. The curry is worth the wait.

We have been here a few times and love it. The chips, cheese curry is a great idea and the service is always friendly. Will keep coming back!

Absolutely amazing food, perfect amount of spice and the butterchicken is the best I've ever had! Easily the best Indian food in Ballarat!

The flavour was good but the size of the gristle and the amount of gristle was unbelievable. I'm left wondering just what part of the lamb contains that amount of gristle because there wasn't much meat in the dish. At $20 per person it's not cheap takeaway. I'd like to see the chef eat what was served up.
