They were a little over staffed which meant a lot of standing around for the workers talking to their boss I assume. She should find a place to get out of the way cause it looks lazy. But meant better service for us. I got the linguini meatballs which are that good. Not one meal on our table had something wrong with it, loved everything about it. Easy to get a park near as well.Only complaint is I've heard bad things about the bathrooms, do something about it or you'll have a bad reputation to deal with. I didn't even need to go in there to feel scared.
The customer service is outstanding.Ordered a small pizza just before they closed and they even threw in another garlic pizza.Definitely my favourite restaurant in Ballarat. Beautiful Italian cuisine and amazing artwork to take whilst you sit and dine. Oh my how can forget the deserts, they're mouth watering so Devine.
We were passing through Ballarat and wanted some Italian. Our hotelier recommended Da Vinci's and said he ate there regularly. My friend and I just ordered the seafood Risotto and were pleasantly surprised. Either the chef knows how to make Risotto or it's dreadful. In our case it was one of the best we've had in a couple of years. Great work and thanks for the friendly front-of-house staff and the small sample of licorice ice-cream.
Took my family for an early dinner here whilst visiting from adelaide. Son had a meltdown when we arrived but the staff didn't make a fuss of it at all luckily! We were made to feel very comfortable and had a delicious pasta meal. Children's menu is great and my 2 year old devoured her napolitana. Lovely guy working behind the counter got her some gelato when she asked too :) located on Sturt street which is the Main Street in Ballarat. Would definitely go there again when back in Ballarat :)
The pizza here is amazing. My favorite is the Mexicana. Highly recommended by an American customer.
