Ballangen Camping

If you are a traveler avoid this camping. We just need a quite place to sleep well with shower and nice space to make a tee. I couldn't get a heardrier. I'm not Skandinavian, so would catch a cold with a wet hear by this temperature. It was very loud till 10 and still after 11. You also hear all the trafik noise from the near road. For a car with a tent-2 persons we paid 450 kr, what was the most expensive camping till now. We let without having a breakfast there. It was the waste of money.

Arrived at 19:15-ish, and got the very last tent-space, of which there are not many(around 9 spots at our arrival). BUT YOU CAN PITCH A TENT FOR AROUND 400 NOKK!! Location is great, very pretty, but so is the rest of this area of Norway. Facilities are also great, although we opted out of the kitchen for a cheaper price. Cooking on the beach rocks where definantly doable. Be aware of a requirement for atleast 4 meters in between tents for fire safty

Camped with a tent. Nice camping by the sea, the showers, bathrooms and kitchens were like a high class hotel! Staff were nice, with a small store with necessary stuff. Not too expensive for the tent spot.

Very nice facilities, gorgeous place, nice beach.... Highly recommend!

Newly renovated/built campground with free showers, water and Wi-Fi. Very nice kitchen and very clean showers/toilets. Cooking in the kitchen costs extra, same goes for pool usage. Both of which we considered expensive. It’s directly next to the highway so it is not as quiet as other places.
