It's an hour and a quarter we ordered a pizza and nothing on the horizon. Last time.

The compass is a historic place, with its merits and defects, but if it is in activity after so many years, it means it works. great pizza, also the kitchen is valid, the place was renovated a few years ago, a nice dehors for the beautiful season and everything is square. Sure can happen that if you arrive in the peak hour you have to wait a bit, but it is not done for negligence, but at the end the oven and that and the very good eight bake excellent pizzas without stop.

Lunch time. I was in the area, and I decided to call the compass to eat something in the air. to answer me, a girl with friendly tone and very helpful. with you I confirm the reservation and from there to little arrival on the place I discover to be new management. good reception service upon arrival and stay. the known staff, waitress and owner, showed dedication and care, kindness. Menù is sophisticated. I remain amazed by the voices and descriptions of the dishes offered, especially I suffer from appetizers, but also the pizza menu is interesting. I choose the pizza of the day, a tomatoes under oil, buffalo mozzarella, ham and olive potato, and what to say if not: bingo! never chosen was so clear, it was very good. the light dough, and not even a burn, very delicious. pizza was the cherry on the cake after an appetizer that you just have to try to figure out what I mean when I say it was a sight and sense show. it was the measly octopus in almond flour on lime potato cream, raw pepper and reduction to roasted peanuts and I would add chapeu. chapeu really. it was a octopus, but also an experience. the reductions of the lively sauces on the plate were brushstrokes, an impiament that was a work of art. I was to admire it for a while before I decided to taste it, but then I realized that enjoying it was the second step not less important than this unexpected culinary experience. Then, on the other person sitting with me at the table, I also tasted the patccheri with shrimps, peppers and drops of cod, further confirmation of a happy discovery. Next.

I've never been there with the old direction, but with this I'm very well. very good pizza, the best to dance. very courteous staff and normal waiting periods. I highly recommend trying the deluxe napoli

Renovated local, top fish, dishes presented great pizza. 5 times dinner has always found some new proposals.
