Starbucks - Baldwin

There are three Starbucks shops in this area Lynbrook, Rockville Center and Baldwin. Lynbrook is terrible Rockville center is fine Baldwin never missed. Every time I order from the Baldwin shop on the mobile app, the coffee is always ready when, unlike Lynbrook, where I have to wait an additional 20 minutes each time. Not only is the Baldwin Store efficient, but also super friendly as every morning when I scream in someone hallo from behind the counter. I can't even imagine how often they say good morning to people lol, but still every day like clockwork I am greeted and served very quickly. Lynbrook really needs to catch up with people in the Baldwin store so it happens!!

Friendly staff. Strange customers when it comes to parking. First time here. Not sure if I would come again because it is always busy.

Served me hot chocolate with spoiled milk today. I went back after I got home to get the 4 hot chocolate drinks made over; again the milk was spoiled. I told them to throw out the milk and make a fresh batch. This was 8 drinks wasted. They got it right on the 3rd round of 4 hot chocolate drinks. They also had to replace a sandwich that was made incorrectly. After waiting there for over 15 min, I told them I was still waiting. They told me it was in the oven. After an additional 15 to 20 min, I asked for the sandwich again. One of the girls had a nasty attitude with me and told me she already called my name. Their customer service is awful.

The crew there works hard.It's a busy place and they are fast.The Mid Day Barista is hot.Vegetarian options: Impossible sandwich.

The music is way too loud idk how they can hear an order or me lol the temp is extremely cold in there. Just do a take out order.
