It's a great, friendly place , the staff is amazing from Brenda the Twins Luis they are simply great if you can't find something they make sure to look with you. Love love I drive from Palmdle at least 2 times a month. My suggestion open one closer to me lol ? ?

*UPDATE*Was contacted by Ariel and offered an explanation what happened and was offered a discount for the case of cake boards. Although I appreciate the offer, I declined it. To me just reaching out and trying to make it right and “care” about their customers is enough for me. Thank you Ariel.Called on a Friday afternoon to ask about buying a case of cake boards, price, and if they were in stock. The female who helped me answered all my questions and informed me they were in stock and the price. When I arrived the next day to pick up and pay, final price was almost double from what I was told over the phone. Since I needed the boards I paid the price, unfortunately. I told the cashier what I was quoted but it didn’t matter, she just said “no this is the price.” I understand mistakes happen but come on…not happy at all!

I placed an online order for delivery in New York, and it arrived quite quickly. The prices are fantastic! I had ordered some special cupcake liners that were accidentally omitted from my shipment, but the shipping department addressed the issue flawlessly. I only wish I lived closer so I could shop in person. You really can't beat the prices for cake supplies here.

I needed individual boxes for a bake sale at City of Hope, and I found them here. I always manage to find what I need, and the staff member who assisted me was very friendly.
