Great and friendly people. Fun outdoor atmosphere. Regular and employees immediately felt welcome. I'm looking forward to another visit.

Whenever I enter The Salt Mine, I feel like I am experiencing heaven on earth. The drink prices are great, and the atmosphere is even better. I suggest going on a Thursday to start your weekend early. Along with the drinks, the food is also solid.

My son and I finally got around to trying this place. We have tried two other places here in Baldwin City, KS and we're very disappointed. The Salt Mine was a nice surprise and will get our continued business. The burger was cooked correctly, seasoned just right. it's nice to find a place that just does it right. No bragging. Just some good food. We will be back. And the A/C in this place works...no excuses. Try this place first.

We enjoy hanging out here from time to time. Good little place to stop in for a quick drink and a bite to eat. The bartenders are always a lot of fun and super nice. We do wish the owner would do some upgrades to the building. ;
