Williams Chicken - Balch Springs

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had at Williams Chicken. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing time, and the food was just awful and disgusting. The chicken was undercooked, the corn fritters and spicy rice (why lord why) was saturated and oil, the fries was hard and reheated, and the apple pie was not even cooked. All of it was horrible, hopefully I don't get sick from all the old grease. Got me sick to my stomach just looking at it. I called twice to speak with someone and they didn't answer the phone, I will be calling first thing Monday morning to get this resolved. I want my $14 back, Williams Chicken is known for serving hot and fresh chicken l. I'm so disappointed because I was looking forward to that two-piece White fries and a pepper. The only thing that turned out okay was the Fanta strawberry. Y'all need to get it together I guess I'll be driving all the way to oak Cliff because the Williams Chicken in this community ain't hitting on nothing.

I've been there numerous times.... in fact I live right by a Williams Chicken but I choose to drive to the location in Balch Springs off of elam because the chicken is always fresh and hot. The customer service is ? and what I love most about this location is they take pride in running the business and getting the orders correct...most chicken places forget to give you your Pepper's but this location always remember. Good Job

There chicken is fresh big pieces side are freshly cooked very good

Normally i like going to Williams..because i like their chicken. I placed my order and it was ready in no time. I didnt like being told a few times that there would be an upcharge. You only need to tell me once.

This was an absolute horrendous experience. I don't normally go to this particular Williams Chicken and I wont be returning to this location. I had to wait for almost an hour to get white meat chicken, only four pieces at that, after they had told me that the wait would only be for fifteen minutes. Then to add insult to injury, the order was Still not correct when I finally got it. They did not include my Okra in my initial order, so I had to wait an additional half hour until one of the workers came outside to smoke a cigarette and I inquired about my Okra with her. She did give us extra to try to compensate for the mishap, but by the time I got home eat, the fries were cold and just hard and dry. In short, I won't be retuning to the Balch Springs location. Can't wait for Mesquite to open back up.
