Yo-chi - Balaclava

I received the absolute best customer service! My friends and I were craving frozen yogurt, but we got caught in traffic on Chapel Street. I called around 5 minutes to 11 (closing time) to ask if they could stay open for just five more minutes. I want to give a special shout-out to Natalie for letting us fulfill our yogurt craving. We’ve always loved the yogurt here, but we were truly impressed by the service, which is unlike any other yogurt shop I’ve visited.

My friends and I frequently visit Yochi in Balaclava, and we've never had a negative experience. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and the yogurt is of excellent quality!

I think I'm hooked! YoChi is absolutely the best, boasting incredibly delicious flavors, a cozy atmosphere to dine in, a variety of seasonal options, and friendly staff.

The best just tried the Faraday street sore in Carlton amazing flavours plus the original and the best signature tart like good old fashioned frozen yoghurt. Then the toppings superb and original yummy and almost healthy
