フィードバックを提供するWhen I went back, the manager didn’t say a word. She didn’t ask why I was returning my food or even check it because she already knew it was bad. At the very least, she could have offered to remake it, even though I didn’t want that. It just shows a lack of courtesy. I'm not going back, even though this Taco Bell is only five minutes from my house. I'm tired of paying for subpar food, and this experience was not just disappointing—it was the last straw!
I was really disappointed with my experience. The nachos were stale and tasted awful, they didn’t send my burritos, and the tacos were mushy.
I have visited this Taco Bell multiple times and usually would rate it around three stars. However, after my experience tonight, I would give it zero stars if I could. I arrived at the drive-thru around 10 PM on a Saturday and waited in a standstill line for about ten minutes before placing my order. When I got to the window, I was given the wrong drink. I politely informed the employee that it wasn't what I ordered, and she handed me another incorrect drink. After I reiterated my order, she slammed the window shut, and she along with another employee rudely pointed and laughed at me. I didn’t realize that poor customer service and rudeness were a source of amusement, but I suppose everyone has their own perspective. To top it off, when I got home, my food order was also incorrect. Overall, I would give this place one star.
Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Ask for it. Order it. Yes, if you are in the mood for Grade D meat, this is the place to be. Most of the food is so low in nutritional value, but if you are looking to eat healthy (you should not be here, then), then try the Steak Enchirito or Bean Burrito (Items Under 10 Grams of Fat).
Have started visiting this Taco Bell (via drive thru the last couple of weeks (also for Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas , and the staff has been so friendly, I just had to do a review so that I can give them a shoutout and a huge Thank You! :
