Umi Sushi Sake - Bakersfield

We absolutely adore this restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you will be captivated by the warm and spacious ambiance. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with one of the owners personally welcoming us on both of our visits. They made sure all of our needs and orders were promptly taken care of. However, the highlight of our experience was undeniably the food. Being sushi lovers, we have been disappointed with the quality at other places in the past, but this restaurant exceeded all expectations. We have found our new favorite sushi spot with their fantastic food and exceptional service. We highly recommend giving this place a try, we are sure you will love it just as much as we do.

This restaurant is excellent! I suggest trying the Umi boat if you enjoy sashimi and sushi. You can select two specialty rolls and a regular roll. I highly recommend the Sunkissed roll! The salmon is incredibly fresh and has a creamy texture, with no fishy taste at all.

This place is a little pricey but very tasty!! I had the shrimp crunch roll the calamari roll. Both are very good. My husband had the tiger roll the cowboy! They were great! Service was great , short wait for our food plenty of drink refills!!

Great atmosphere, excellent service, and food is exquisite. I highly recommend.
