Maverik Adventure's First Stop

Stopped here on the way back to Idaho to pick up some snacks for the family. Staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Ended up forgetting my wallet on the counter and didn?t notice until I got home (4hrs away). Called the next day and the Manager went above and beyond by mailing it back to me. Will stop here again next time I?m headed to Oregon. A Maverick Store

Maverick advertise themselves as adventures first stop . We call this Maverick adventures last stop because this is the last Maverick you will find if you 're heading North.

Went to maverick to get gas with my kids and my attendant failed to mention that if I'm not at the pump when I pay said gas is free to whomever pulls up aty expense. Thanks Maverick, as a mom I can totally afford to pay for a strangers gas with no warning. Lost my business for sure. Too bad considering I'm there daily.

Went to Maverik to cash in lottery tickets and get ice. Never been there before. Walked in. Some guy was cleaning the floor. He did not acknowledge me in any way. I go up to the counter, waiting, expecting this floor cleaner guy to stop cleaning the floor and actually see if I needed any assistance, but no that did not happen. He continued to clean the floors. Oh! Until another person walked in, who he exchanged no words with but assisted him at the register. Still no acknowledgment of me. I suddenly see a screen at the register for self check out. Good thing I have a debit/credit card, otherwise I would of had to leave and go somewhere else to get actual custome service. Anyway, I paid for the ice I needed, with the debit card I am lucky to have and left I will never go to any Maverik place again. Poorest customer service ever. Pathetic actually. Thanks for showing how much you actually care for your customers.
