フィードバックを提供するLove the dairy queen! Love the food. Only sometimes they can get a little unorganized. Took me 25 minutes to get a milk shake. Three customers who ordered after me got their meals before I got my shake. Still love the the food though.
I never understood how DQ thinks they can get away with serving frozen chicken tenders! Every gas station in the south GA and north FL has fresh hand breaded well seasoned chicken all day long. Very strange also to recieve some sauces cupped up in 2ozcontainers and other served as single serve. Poor management and poor corporate. All the staff at this location ate great, andthe parking lot is clean.
The food is quite good, but the staff can be somewhat unfriendly, and the wait for my meal is often too long.
This is the second time I’ve asked the cashier to scan my REWARDS so I can earn points, and it still hasn’t happened! It’s so frustrating! In response to the owner's reply: Your apology is meaningless. Please train your employees properly or stop promoting a rewards program you have no intention of providing.
In our world, perfection is unattainable, and while many people are content with that, there are a few who consistently strive for excellence. Along the way, there are ups and downs, and that's when public opinion comes into play. Whether complaints are entirely justified or not is subjective, but they still bring attention to issues. If someone is doing something wrong and no one corrects them, they will likely continue—it's human nature. Failing to say "no" can feel like giving a green light. About a month ago, I wrote a critical review of this Dairy Queen because I noticed a decline in service. This is one of my favorite restaurants, and I was disappointed, so I vented my frustration. However, instead of hunting me down as some businesses might, the management reached out through a mutual acquaintance, took my feedback seriously, and addressed the issues promptly. Today marked my sixth visit since then, and the service, food, and atmosphere have been impeccable each time—truly as close to perfection as possible. Thank you to the owners and staff for restoring my faith in genuine customer service.
