フィードバックを提供するThe roasted pork here is truly outstanding. It offers great value for your money. Not only is the skin incredibly crispy, but the meat inside is also flavorful, with hints of lemongrass and other seasonings. It is definitely worth it! The rumors about Ping Ping’s lechon being the best in the Philippines are true.
We went to Pagpag, a Filipino restaurant that follows the tradition of not going home directly from a wake or interment. I had lunch with my husband and we ordered lechon (roasted pig) with crispy skin and tender meat. The ampalaya (bitter gourd) was perfect as well. We also bought a to-go order of Mi Unico Grandkids Lechon Beef Caldereta. We left happy with full stomachs.
