I had the pleasure of tasting a delicious piadina and a fantastic watercress at Mr. Luca's restaurant, and I must say that I was extremely satisfied. The piadina was simply perfect: the dough was soft and light, while the filling was tasty and well balanced. Each bite was an explosion of flavours, thanks to the freshness of the ingredients used. Furthermore, I must underline the kindness and courtesy of Mr. Luca, which made the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend everyone to pay a visit to Mr. Luca's place to enjoy a delicious piadina and fantastic watercress. You won't be disappointed!
