La Terrazza - Bagan

I decided to visit this restaurant because of their supposed vegan catering options for both food and dessert. Upon inquiring about the availability of vegan desserts, I was informed that they were available. I initially wanted to order a pizza but was advised that it would take over an hour. When I inquired about risotto, another waiter suggested that I should probably not order it as it may not turn out like traditional risotto due to the different type of rice used here. Despite this, I ended up ordering bruschetta. The gnocchi I ordered tasted like mushy, oily flour balls, which was unexpected given that I was in Myanmar and ordering Italian food. I noticed the person at the next table had sent her gnocchi back twice, and the owner apologized, mentioning that they were hand-made by his Italian wife. Unfortunately, when it came time for dessert, three out of the four vegan options that we initially inquired about were unavailable. Considering the high prices at this restaurant, the overall experience was not worth the money. The staff was friendly and articulate, but I ultimately would not recommend this place. I suggest trying the delicious options available at a nearby restaurant across the street instead.

We were delighted to find a vegan menu at this restaurant. However, we were disappointed with the bland pizza that had almost no toppings. The restaurant was crowded with loud Western tourists, and the staff seemed more focused on serving them than on us. As a result, we decided to skip dessert at this establishment.

The restaurant offers both Asian and Italian cuisines, with a separate vegetarian and vegan menu available only on the Italian side. The selection is extensive, with a variety of vegan desserts to choose from. The food is delicious and the owner is friendly.

Had the margarita pizza, gnocchi and vegetarian lasagne. everything was so delicious! highly recommended to eat here when you keen on a good Italian food. the chocolate cake was nothing special.

This restaurant is perfect if you want to have an Italian food. the restaurant is run by a very friendly Italian lady. she tries to get the best ingredients for an authentic kitchen. she also makes the mozzarella herself! the pizza was very good (brickofen). also they serve fresh and homemade pasta that was delicious. they should try the chocolate cake for dessert!
