Unfortunately a vacation last year with catastrophic experience that we have never experienced. you don't know where to start. a false room was assigned to us (in the cellar by the way!), in which one heard loudly from the table cherries everyone. the promised beautiful valley view, was a look at the rasenhügel in front of the room. our room had an outdated, tiny, dilapidated shower, which had both hanging on the curtain and in the shower several haare. in addition, we had promised a shower when booking, as I was pregnant at the time and could not climb into the high bath. at the reception was then the public showers in the pool area before all!, since there was allegedly no other room. a cheerfulness, as they have generally dealt with a pregnant woman. in the bed we also found some haare. both the staff and the chef were very unfriendly to us, the chef even spoke to us without masking, although masquerade to the time in the hotel reigned a sweat as we found! the hotel was also important the distance when filling up the food, to which no one was afraid of. the older group from the travel bus chased to the buffet as if there were no more eating tomorrow, without being in mind on the front. that was also noticed by others. Unfortunately, we were generally disappointed by eating, because there was no too big choice, a la carte was promised some times, but there was not. there was no encounter from the hotel in all points, although so much we had reserved was not respected or fulfilled, so that a day did not get a good feeling in one. we were leaving rather after being threatened with a lawyer by the chief, we would publish one, that is, this assessment. that is not possible! and that is what 4 star hotel calls!
